"We Make It Happen" |
|
KEY PERSONNELOur Employees are our most visible representatives in the field. All employees are trained to work quietly and to be courteous to your employees and other people at the jobsite. Each person follows a company dress code and maintains a neat and clean appearance at all times. All employees are required to attend weekly safety meetings to maintain our perfect safety work record. They also undergo periodic training to keep their skills in multiple trades at the highest level and are given incentives for advancing their education. Manny Barreda - Senior Field Operations Manager Manny is responsible for the daily management of all field personnel. He has direct control over all field safety and quality control programs. Manny is a graduate of the Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program and the San Jose City College Construction Management program. He has 22 years experience in commercial and industrial construction projects, which include office, manufacturing, clean rooms, labs and R & D facilities for the micro-electronics, bio-tech, and other Hi Tech industries. Terry Riecken - President/ CEO Terry oversees all aspects of the company from Business Development to project closeout. After moving to California, Terry then led CMD into a joint venture with Heritage Rural Housing which resulted in HRH being named to the list of "Top 400 Builders" in 1992 by Professional Builder & Remodeler Magazine. Since then CMD’s focus has changed to the commercial and industrial construction market where CMD has excelled in building high quality projects for its clients. Terry is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a B.S. Engineering Technology and Aviation Minor.
